The reviews on here that are bad are more than likely from extremely picky people. When you live in any apartment, you will hear neighbors. Just get to know your neighbors and if they are too loud, politely ask them to quiet down. It's as easy as that!

I live in a one bedroom/one bath and its amazing. Extremely spacious for a great prices. I got 200 more square feet for less money than many of the other apartments in the surrounding area. I have never felt unsafe here, there are no problems with parking, and it really is a beautiful area. Being from a small town, its nice to live in a city but not feel like I do when I walk out my door.

However, with all the trees, you will get a few bugs. Welcome to living in the South. If you keep your apartment clean it should be fine. Moving in in late May with the heat of the summer, within the first month I had two water bugs (they look like cockroaches...but arent). Of course I was not happy. But, I took matters into my own hands and got the roach hotels, and made sure to keep my apartment clean and I haven't seen one since. (And please know that I HATE bugs. If it was a big problem, I would NOT be living here).

I have never had a problem with the staff, in fact they have been amazingly nice to me. If you treat them with respect, they will return it. It's as simple as being polite. I love this complex, and have suggested it to many of my friends who are planning on moving to Atlanta and am renewing my lease for another year. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
