I've lived here a year and unfortunately I am moving due to finding a job in another state.
I have loved this apartment from the moment I first saw it.
It is very woodsy which I love.
It also has tons of windows and a big porch.
Although I live right beside the train track, it really doesn't bother me unless I have the windows open.
Even then, it doesn't last long and it is fun to watch go by.
The conductors sometimes even wave! I have never had any problems with maintenance.
I actually got a new dishwasher while living in the apartment.
A process conducted in a timely manner.
Another time I had an issue with my refridgerator and it was promptly resolved.
The staff is always SUPER nice when I go in the front office.
I wish I could take this apartment with me when I move, because it really has been the perfect place for me.
The only problem I really had was that my rent was going to go up about $85 in one year.
Maybe thats normal though, I don't know.
I think I was getting a deal to begin with, but still.

My husband and I just moved in a little over a week ago. We got a great deal on our apartment. I love how spacious and clean it is. We live by the train track too. At first, I really didn't like the noise, but I am getting used to it. It's not loud when I'm inside our apartment. I really like the complex because it's quiet and the amenities (laundromat, pool, etc.) are nice and clean. The office staff are helpful.

I'm looking at apartments and have a question about this one. Are roaches a problem at this location? With it being in a woodsy area, I wonder.

My unit sits right up against the foresty part, and I've lived here a year. In that time, I've had 5 roaches total. Most were fairly small. One was not. I vacuumed them up.
I figure that's not bad for this part of the country.
