I lived here for a year and only moved b/c I needed to find a new roommate. I never had anyone break into my mail, apt (lived on bottom floor), or my car. You can go online to request a maintenance call. My dishwasher was outdated, but it did its job. All the other appliances were up to date. The grounds are well kept, and the staff is friendly. Yo do here some noise from your neighbors, but hello... you live in an apt complex. What else do you expect' I would suggest this apt complex to anyone.
