I have lived at Paces for almost two years and I love the location. I'm close to the grocery store, cleaners, the gym and the mall. My rent is a really good value for this area, there are some cheaper deals but the properties in the area look a little shady.. Yea there is a train that runs right by the property but I don't even here it where I am. Most of the Resident's keep to theirselves but the pools at the third phase is where it's at! Hot girls and lots of fun on the weekends. I once saw a beer pong table floating in the pool while there was a DJ spinning. I haven't seen this type of atmostphere here in Vinings in a while.
