the worst. they treat you like you're applying for a loan. they ask you thousands of unnecessary questions. never return phone calls. they take you through too many changes as if you're trying to buy the whole building. the apartments are nice, but the leasing agents are nasty. they didn't approve me when i knew i had good credit and made more than enough money. all together i think they're prejudice. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Listen, I live at the Paramount for a reason. I do not want every Tom, ---- and Harry being my neighbor. If you had to go through extensive questions, it's because the Paramount wants to be selective on who comes in. We have celebrities, sport players and entertainers living here who want their discretions, privacy and status protected. I hope you understand. As for the discrimination, if you realy knew who lived here or had units here part time, you would not have that attitude. I know most of the regular residents as well as the us "private people". Give us and the management a break please.

My agent informed me that they were lease optioning the units. I called up there and the leasing agent informed me that they were not after I informed her my Fiance came from New Orleans just to put closure to a property. She said "In that case I know your finacial status is low" EXCUSE ME! she must have misunderstood. My Fiance is the Director of Marketing of Construction company and he is working on the Disaster Releif project. Perhaps if I had said that there would have been a problem. She informed me that they do not offer Lease Option Prejiduce or Not The Agents on staff are unproffesional.....
