I am sorry that "prejudice" had such a difficult time being approved to move into the Paramount at Buckhead, but I can't imagine that the leasing agents would reject someone with good credit/stable job history without a sufficient reason. I have been a resident at the Paramount since its initial opening and have not found any problems whatsoever. The people are very nice. I have lived on Lenox Road in a very upscale location, and my neighbors were so snotty. I was hesitant about moving into another Buckhead property, but I have not had any regrets since I've moved in. Maintenance quickly addresses your problems, and even come back to follow-up. The leasing agents are quite busy, yet they still have the time to ask if there is anything that you need, inform you of any updates, etc. The concierge is wonderful. They are very caring people. The valet is very hospitable, even to the point where they offer to help unload large packages. I have met residents at the parties, and everyone seems to get along. Even the dogs are treated as residents!! If you can afford it, the Paramount is the best kept secret in Buckhead.

Dear discreet1; You sound as if you work for LeCraw/Paramount. I too was among their first tenants. The staff lacks intelligence, class, and sophistication. I moved to Buckhead from Beverly Hills and have lived in various upscale locations world-wide. My experience with the Paramount staff could only be referred to as slumming. And yes, I did experience OBVIOUS prejudice at Paramount and my credit/finances are impeccable. If you're accustomed to actual first-rate living, with professional and well educated staff, you must steer clear of the Paramount at Buckhead. Anyone who says Buckhead is the Beverly Hills of Atlanta, never lived in Beverly Hills.
