I what I said in my "Great so far..." post is still true.
I really like the place and am sad to leave (rent went up and I am trying to cut living costs).
The only thing I have to complain about is the very little visitor parking (10 spots), which fills up quickly on the weekends. Often it takes my friends 10-15 min driving around midtown to find a street spot.
But other than that, the place is great. Neighbors are friendly, gated parking garage is nice (though the spots are kinda small), staff is helpful and friendly.
I do wish this place had a grill though.
But all in all, it has been nice. It is also pretty quiet.
