Park At Bouldercrest

Apartments from Hell From: eurus717 Date posted: 12/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived in the Park at Bouldercrest apartments for 1 year(2003-2004). It was by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had. What follows is a list of negative/unpleasant happenings: 1. Neighbors upstairs would often leave music on even after they went out. Complained several times. Nothing was ever done. 2. Heard someone get shot! 3. Water main broke and water(YES WATER) was out for an entire weekend.Staff helpfully (sarcasitic intonation here!)suggested that residents fill up their toilets with pool water. 4. Hot water heater continued to break for about a month(November) before it was fixed. 5. Took three days to get my heat repaired at the beginning of winter. 6. Air conditioner broke down...twice. 7. Front gate always broken....No security...got panhandled numerous times within the complex. 8. Washer/Dryers unreliable. 9. Older carpet and appliances. 10. Basically a --------!
