Hello,
I’m emailing you in reference to the reviews at the Park. I am supposed to be moving there on next Friday 7/27/07, and I’m only signing a six months lease simply because I really don’t know the area that well and in case I didn’t like it there I could leave in January. I don’t know what is going on with these reviews but those people seemed very pissed off. In your opinion what do you think of it now since you wrote your review in March. omg!!! i've been here since jan and i recommend dont waste your time or money!! just cuz they ran that lil special everything cheap aint good. lets just say it took my apt 2mths to get ready and since i been there for 2 half mths. my apt is on the first floor and my ---- got broken into 2x in 2wks!! im pissed, they gave me hell to get outta this lease and im leavin without a trace!! the staff get mad at u for comin in the office going off , and there very insensitive to there tenants because it happens all the time. it's ruffless and i dont reccomend this ---- to nobody! they broke into my apt while i was there the first time and the second time i was at work. these mother----az even took food shoes clothes etc... whatever was'nt nailed down lol, im over the park at bouldercrest and dont think cuz u live up stairs u safe, my nieghbors doors got kicked in and a man the first wk or april got shot and killed in a kick in robbery. it look nice from the outside but dont let the ---- fool u! anymore questions or details contact me prettynikka06@aol.com
