Park District at Atlantic Station

Turning bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   This complex is well, complex(pardon the pun). The response time from the leasing office is terrible. The maintinace is horrible as the parking deck is always dirty and he really quite simply doesnt know how to really repair anything. There are a few abandon cars in the deck which makes it look real good and the numerous car break ins make it an attractive place to park at night. Sure the security gates are supposed to be a detterent but its a shame to pay all the money we do and have to buzz other people in with our own remote key. They say they will start towing if you dont have a sticker but like everything else the office says im sure it will be no time soon if they really ever do. Why not make this community a safe one and follow the lead of other downtown complexes and hire a security guard to be on site. I mean cmon, Lane company has the money. hopefully all those who read this who live here will speak their mind and something will finally be done. Oh and dont forget by law they have to have some bonded units here so ther is a little bit of hoodness in the air around here as well. Location is great but cusomer service is the pits.
