Nothing Works and MOLD!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   Lived here since late summer 2004--not a good decision on my part. Showers have been broke and both have leaked, air conditioner has been broke several times, heater did not work earlier this year, I have mold on both bedrooms' window seals...they have maintenance come in every two weeks and clean them...but they do not address the underlying problem. There have been 4 different managers since I moved in and they can't keep leasing staff. More than half of the staff should never have been allowed to talk to tenants anyway...they have no idea what they are doing. It took four phone calls and a lot of complaining to get my ac fixed. And, there was a huge drug bust here in February. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is expensive, crappy and NOT SAFE. The courtesy officer, JASON, is rude, fat and clearly not able. He puts his handcuffs on the pool gate at night...problem is, he does not get down to the pool the next day to take them off!!!! The leasing office does nothing about it. This place is a joke. I am moving in August...I can't wait. Park District is cheaply built and full of problems. Go to POST. I had a much better experience there.
