Just imagine waking up every morning (including weekends) at 8:30AM to the sound of the loudest hammering and banging, like it was in your house. That's what a life living at Park Lane is like. I've never encountered a building that cares less about it's tennants than Park Lane. The workmanship is of the poorest quality. Within 2 months, my brand new condo was falling apart. The construction crew will come in and out of your house and nobody will let you know. I've had things I owned broken and stolen. Now back to the noise. It seems almost like they are in your house with you. If I'm not mistaken, it's against the law for a construction crew to make that much noise in a residential area until 10AM. Well, Park Lane disregards this and begins whenever they see fit, sometimes as early 7:30AM on a Saturday morning! I would not recommend anyone live in this building. It's a nightmare. Parking is a disaster, the noise is unbearable, the workmanship on the individual units is piss poor and all of this starting $150K... Ridiculous, I've been had.
