I bought a place at Park Lane and have lived here for 2 months. The unit is beautiful with an amazing view of Buckhead and Stone Mountain and the location on Peachtree Road is incredible. I was actually shocked when reading the last review of Park Lane on this website because I felt like they were talking about a different building. Yes, Park Lane is renovating all the units to condos but the construction has not been a distraction at all. I definitely recommend anyone and everyone to visit Park Lane because the prices are unbelievably reasonable and the units are loaded with great views (Buckhead, Midtown/Downtown, Stone Mountain), top of the line stainless steel appliances, and beautiful hard wood floors. I not only purchased my condo as a place for me to live but also as an investment. I believe my purchase was a no-brainer and I will get a great return from my investment when I am ready to move in the future. Before Park Lane started its renovation to condos their was a waiting list to get an apartment here. There were problems with the construction at first but the owner of the building has since hired a new builder, Gables Construction, who have been really efficient and have followed a precise time schedule. I am totally confident that once all of the units are completed the building will sell out instantly and Park Lane will once again have a long waiting list of potential buyers. If you want a beautiful condo in the perfect location that is reasonably priced - YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT PARK LANE. Otherwise, you are simply missing out.
