Nice Place To Live If You Like Living In A Complex

I lived at Post Park for 6 years - yes, six!!! When I first moved in I absolutely loved it. The leasing staff was terrific. They hosted a lot of social gatherings, were very attentive, etc. That's changed a lot over the years. The staff is constantly changing, and I personally think that responsiveness and quality has suffered as a result of this. The access gates break at least once a week. The trash overflows on the weekends. The laundry facilities have broken machines that have been broken for months. I could go on, but I won't.
Post Park was a really nice place to live. I don't think I ever had to make a maintenance request twice. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of picnic/grilling areas. I spent lots of time in the gazebo in my courtyard.
The property also has a dry cleaners that does a resonable job for a reasonable price. The exercise facilities are some of the best I've seen at a complex. The pools (they have three) are beautiful and usually well maintained.
The apartments also have big windows, which I love. The complex is locted right at Spaghetti Junction (85/285), so it's easy to get anywhere. And although car break ins were not uncommon, I generally felt very safe there. It's the kind of place where you can generally go back and find something you left, even if it was left in a common area. I have simply outgrown my tiny one bedroom apartment and I want to live in town.
I had a few mishaps, but I am honestly a little sad to say goodbye.
