In all my apartment living experience I have never had such a difficult time getting maintenance request fullfilled until moving here. In some instances, the requests were very simple, but required several calls and letters to the front office. The high office turn over rate could be a mitigating factor in this. After moving in, I was totally surprised because Post Properties has such a great reputation, I suppose there could also be a bad seed in the bunch which is why I'm moving to a different Post Community when my lease expires....
