This complex is an older Post property that has recently (July 2003) been sold to a new management company. The new staff seems friendly, but a littles slower to respond. I've had trouble reaching a human when I call the office number, but when I do reach them, they are very helpful. They don't seem to have Post's attention to landscaping.

It's usually quiet, unless you have thunderfoot living upstairs, or a budding DJ downstairs. (I've experienced both). During the day on Saturday and Sunday you can hear the tag football games on the Mercer U campus.

Parking can be hit or miss. There are tons of spaces, but they are not always convenient to your apartment.

Lots of amenities, if you want to use them. Good location, fairly well maintained, not too expensive. Seems to be very safe.
