I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU MOVE HERE OR IF YOU LIVE HERE, MOVE OUT! I NOT ONLY PAY FOR A WATER BILL, BUT I PAY THEM FOR WATER TOO, WHEN THEY REPLACE LIGHT BULBS, THEY LEAVE THE OLD ONES BEHIND, WHEN YOU TRY TO MOVE OUT, MAKE SURE YOU DO A WALK-THRU WITH THEM AND HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING SO THEY CAN'T BILL YOU LATER...BECAUSE THEY WILL. THE MANAGEMENT'S BILLING AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE. FIRST I GOT A BILL FOR $703, THEN FOR $726 5 DAYS LATER, THEN ANOTHER BILL FOR $100 5 DAYS LATER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED.
