While Post owned this property, it was well maintained, up until 3 years ago, when it went downhill fast. I suspected they were trying to sell it, and sure enough, in May of 2003, the property was sold. They refused to lower my rent to the going rate, even though I had lived here for 8 years. Horrible maintenance of common areas, noisy, unhelpful office staff, and they are now renting to anyone with a pulse. Very bad elements are moving in, and it is no longer a professional, upscale community. Dirty and ghetto-ish. Avoid at all costs. I couldn?t wait to move out. Also, they tried unsuccessfully to charge me for an extra week of rent, claiming my keys weren?t turned in on time. Horrible accounting organization. Very disorganized staff.
