Moved in 8/01, the Post Park staff was awesome & extremely helpful. They always knew my name whenever I went in to the office, which wasn't very often. Ever since it became Park Pointe North, it has gone down, down, down. The landscaping doesn't look nearly as good and at least 1 of the gates is always broken & wide open. It's okay though since my remote control NEVER works. I can just go on through rather than swiping my card. The office is staffed with a skeleton crew. I went to talk to them about a problem and stood in the office for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment or anything! So I left! 1 person in the main office is not enough help for a community of this size!!!! I needed to stay for 1 week beyond my lease expiration and was told NO, I couldn't do that. THANKS!! I did love the apartment, big windows with sunlight pouring in. It was a perfect place for me to live while attending Mercer University. It is a nice, quiet & convenient location. Nicely tucked away in a wooded area so close to the hustle & bustle of Atlanta.
