Ive been reading all of the comments about park pointe and Im surprised. Ive lived here for over a year now and couldnt be happier with my apartment, facilities (yes, sometimes the machines are down - but they ALWAYS get fixed), and people. The leasing office staff (especially when I need court lights put on!) is always pleasant and there to help you out. I?ve never waited for maintenance. I give this complex an A- rating. I am a very pleased tennant.
