I moved in just after the property was sold. At that time, the property was well maintained. Since then, things have gone down hill continuously. The quality of the residents has decreased. Strange abandoned cars, people loitering around the parking lot. They should take down the gates - no sense advertising this place as a gated community if the gates are always broken and wide open. I live on the second floor, and I get apartment noise from all sides. My appliances are old, and I have to complain multiple times to get things fixed. The overcharged on my water bill three months in a row and said that my usuage had simply increased. Finally, after much arguement, they fixed it, but there was no appology. If you move in, make sure you bargain over the rent. People here are all paying different prices for the same darn apartment.
