Judging by the prices, they still think they're a Post. I've had maintainence requests in since I moved in that have never been fixed. The staff claims they can't find the drip even though its constant (one drop every few seconds). The staff is rude. They rarely input service requests. They don't know anyone's names. They are useless. I tried to talk to the manager about the maintainence issue and he wouldn't promise anything would get fixed or reduce the rent. Meanwhile our water bill is about $15-20 higher than it should be due to all the leaky faucets. The walls have big lines across them from where the drywall is bowing out. The carpets are covered with stains. The nails on the back deck are coming up.

Safety is another issue. There isn't sufficient parking near the units if you come home after about 8pm. You have to walk about 10 minutes to get home. The "gated community" is not gated. They sent out a notice blaming the residents for car theft due to people leaving stuff in their cars. They don't bother to fix the gates.

I would only move here if they drastically reduced the rent.

Agreed with all points above. Having lived there from 2004-2006 myself. Calling it a "gated community" is a joke at best. Managemnt is basically useless, telling you one thing and doing nothing at all--afterall, they're salespeople, once you're in you're paying, and thats all they care about.
