Overall the apartments are ok. One problem we have with the apartments is the entry and exit gates. They are broken a majority of the time. One gate was wide open for almost 5 months! The grounds and interiors of the apartments are nice and clean. However, the walls are not well insulated againts noise or cold/warm air. We haven't had anything break in our apartment. So, I can't comment on repair issue. Overall, we have lived in worse apartments for approximately the same rent.

Gate were damaged several times in 2005. With an automobile driving into one and causing $8500.00 damage to lightning stikes, to mis-use by tailgaters. They are fully operational as of this date, and have been since December 2005, with the exception of the mis-use of gate runners causing the gates to be open for a limited period of time, we are keeping them operational at all times.
