A happy resident

A good place to call home
I??ve lived at PPN for over ten years and I will continue to recommend it because it is a good place to live. Since my renewal last year, I have found that PPN continues to make improvements to the property. I admit, things were a little shaky when it first became a PPN property. However, since that time, PPN has made several positive improvements.
I would say that the staff is the biggest plus. They are very friendly, responsive and react quickly to resident issues and problems. I??m also impressed with the low attrition rate. Brian and Charmaine are the best. However, the entire staff is always friendly and makes me feel as though they about my issues and they react quickly. General maintenance and emergency issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. If there??s a problem??they fix it??fast. I like the fact that I don??t have to beat down the leasing office to get someone to take of my issues. They also do a follow up ?? to make sure that everything was taken care of. In a day where customer service is usually lacking ?? PPN gets big kudos from me on this!
On the down side, the only thing I??d say that??s lacking are repairs and maintenance to exercise equipment in the fitness centers. However, they did make improvements to the tennis courts. And, although, I don??t use the courts, I can say that they look great! Still, the fitness center is always clean and well lit.
With regard to safety??I am a single female that comes and goes at all hours during the early mornings and evenings, and I feel relatively safe. Fortunately, I was lucky to escape the spray paining incident that happened a few months ago. One of my neighbors moved out because they no longer felt ??safe??.
I, on the other hand, stayed and took the incident as a reminder to be alert, not take my safety for granted and keep an eye open for suspicious activity. Apparently, this incident was not specific to PPN, but plagued several other surrounding locations in the Atlanta and N. Atlanta area as well. I felt as though PPN did all that they could do to combat the problem. However, I do agree with a previous post, that PPN was a little slow in sending notice to residents alerting them of criminal activity. However, notice was sent and a reward was offered leading to the prosecution of the criminal activity.
In summary, I would say that PPN is a great place to live and they have even made several improvements since my last post a year ago. There??s no ??drama??, the landscape and grounds are well kept, buildings are well maintained, unsightly garbage is quickly removed and they are proactive with upgrades to the property (access-gate repairs, building face-lifts, etc). I??m a happy resident :-)
