My experience at Park Pointe was sub-par. We were slapped with numerous noice violations, which were absolutely not our fault. We had the courtsey police at our door several times due to the noise of the loud resident living below us (who management refused to kick out for a long time).
Then, after moving out, we got a bill in the mail for "move out charges" which were completely false. Management claimed that their hands were tied when it came to move out charges because they turn the bill over to us automatically.
Living at Park Pointe was just a hassle! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
