One would draw a logical conclusion that the proximity to the fire department would dramatically decrease the chances of imminent danger...from a FIRE!
Think again! 3 fires since I've lived there.
When their banner reads "Hot Deals", "Sizzling Specials", they mean it.
The staff is friendly only because they are seasoned in the art of lying.
Your garbage disposal breaks, they will lie to you with a smile on their faces and tell you it will be fixed. Your air conditioner goes out three times in a week in mid July: "So sorry-- we will be out next week to fix it".
Dumbass neighbors like to grill out on their balcony above you, and you feel this may present a hazard...don't fret. Just make sure you wear oven mits to slepp and have updated renter's insurance. The pool looks like a swamp, the only pets they allow without a security deposit are spiders and roaches which seem to be abundant.
Overall, a great place to live...............NOT.

I could not agree more. The only thing this staff does well is lie and sit and eat when you go into the office for service. This staff is the worst I have ever seen, bar none; and the apartments are slowly falling apart.

This is the most accurate (and amusing) review ever written. I have lived at Park Pointe for 2.5 years, and I am finally moving out... thank God!
