Just moved here a couple of months ago and so far here is what my experience has been
PROS..Quiet, ample parking, no bugs so far, overall the property has been well maintained for considering how old it is.
CONS......STRAY CATS!!! There are 4 stray cats on the property that are pesty and just eww..and you can not scurry or shoo them away. If you are not a cat-lover or are allergic to cats DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Another con is the price..if you're willing to pay $75-$100 more you can have a newer, more modern apartment.
