The neighbors and the location are what makes this place a OK place to live, The HORRIBLE office staff and the SUB-PAR maintance staff will make you glad that to leave this place.
To the person prior, the maintance staff do respond but they only do patch up jobs.
They do just enough to buy them time. I know that times are hard but if you fix it right the first time than you don't have to keep coming back.
I made a late night emergency call for maintance and the guy asked me how bad was the leak becasue he was in the middle of dinner and he lived about forty mins. form the complex. How is that my problem that you don't live on the property!!
Another time I called the office about the equipment in the workout room, there are two treadmills and only one worked, the bike didn't work and there are three row machines and only one of them worked. People were waiting in line just to use the machine. The lady in the office told me that thet were new machines and people kept braking........OK. To this day they are still not working, its been about four months.
