Keep driving-this is a DUMP!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The management company Julian Lecraw is a joke. The elevator's break down on a regular basis. It takes at least a month for them to be repaired. It is usually after they receive the rent payments. The horrible stench in the lobby is from dead rats in the walls. Unsupervised children are in the lobby and pool area at any given time. Do not get an apartment facing the front of the building. You will either hear domestic arguments, police sirens or loud music from cars all night long. The weekends are the worst. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I have watched this place go downhill faster than an Olympic skier. There is mildew in the apartments as well. This is an over priced dump!!!
