The new management and concierge are doing a better job of holding residents to the terms of the lease. You can now drive up to the front door and drop someone off, it's used to be people pulled up and parked for hours. Parking for quests will continue to be a problem because residents (people who live here but not on the lease) park in quest parking. Many mornings there is dog pee in the elevators and there are dogs that appear to be over the allowed weight. Common areas are always clean and neat. I rarely hear any of my neighbors. I hope that over the next year the people who are not able to live by the terms of the lease move on so that the rest of us can live in the conditions we were promised when we moved in.

I agree totally. I do want to see the dog situation change. A few weeks ago, a guy got on the elevator with a very large Rotweiller? I was horrified the whole flight. It has to stop. I hope soon. I don't want to be a rat!!!
