Ive lived here for a couple of years and I will start off with the good. The lake is nice to walk around, as is the landscaping. The staff has done a good job with the laundry room and fitness center renovations too. And my maintenence requests have always been filled promptly.
I still think one should look elsewhere before moving here. Its true, the prices are low given the location. But its a bait and switch deal; they will attract you with low prices but when its time to renew, thats when they jack up the rents ALOT. Of course who wants to go through the trouble of moving' Second their policy of 60 day notice to vacate is OBNOXIOUS! Who can secure an apt 60 days in advance AND have it fall at the end of their lease' In order to avoid breaking my lease I had to go to a month to month plan which was so expensive-they screwed me good.
Second, I have not had much of a roach problem, but I did find a mouse nest hidden in my kitchen, I was horrified as I keep my kitchen very neat.
Lastly, a lot of -------- are moving in which is never a good sign. They are very noisy and messy, having "parties" out in the parking lot, letting their kids run amok, I don't feel safe around them. especially the young men who wear bandanas and are probably involved with gang activity and are here illegally.
