Great location. The floors were a little thin and creaky, but I don't know what people were talking about with bugs and stuff. Very cheap compared to other apartments in the area, and a wonderful location. (Not to mention you can save more renting here by not owning a car, some of the best MARTA access in this area!)
Felt very safe in this area-- went running around 5 am each day even.
For its price range for an apartment ITP, rates very high.
Would live here again, tell you the truth.
