I lived he for 3 year and like it alot the maint. team is alway helpfull and nice.

That's a lie, only if the public would pay attention to your lying @$% and come here to find out you are lying. They would kick you @#$, because this place is roach infected place.

Roach infested is putting it mildly. There were times I was treated very well. But the last five or so years that I lived in this horrible place to live. The staff outside of the Park was nice. Well some of the staff. I had to call the Board of Health because of Roaches in the refrigerator. The office staff turned their backs on people. Told false hoods about people including me that lived on the property. I could write a book for all the years I lived at the Park and their many names. Too many for me to remember. I would never suggest that anyone live there. One neighbor would collect the bugs on the carpet to go and show to the Manager and told them they have a new baby and were not happy about the situation. Nothing was done to correct this. I saw where someone said you get what you pay for. Well you get more, and not what you want. Living in the area where The Park is, you would not expect to have the problems you have. Think twice and then run and run away fastttttttttt.

I can't agree more with both comments. The only thing they do is to dump tons of deadly chemicals in your apartment (coz the pest control is a joke). Humans would be dead but the roaches are still dancing around. I ended up having to shower and eat out everyday. This place is not livable.
