I lived here for almost 2yrs. The almost part is where they completely screwed me, read the lease carefully, I was paying $580 a month for a 1/1 860sq/ft which is pretty good for Atlanta. This was because, according to the lease the apt was worth $780 but I was getting a 'discount' that made it $580. I got a new job and moved out early, that's the worse mistake you can make there; I ended up paying the difference between the 780 and the 580 for the entire second year, coming to about $1800.00 So basically I payed $780 a month for the last yr that I lived there for a complete dump, terrible maintenance staff, snobby manager, and 1wk turnaround for maintenance calls.

I won't even mention the broken gate that locked people in their complex as often as it locked you out. Nothing like coming home after working 12hrs, its pouring rain, and the gate won't open. Or being late for work at 7am because the gate is stuck shut.

Or the spider COLONY. I have never seen that many spiders before. If you live on the ground floor on lakeside, you will know what I'm talking about. Or the rats by the pool. I could go on and on, but if you don't get the message by now, you deserve whatever happens to you there.

This was the worst place I have ever lived in my life. The ONLY pro is its the cheapest complex you will find in the area.

You cannot choose the people where you live. But this is a horrible place to live and should be torn down............. Of course the neighbors in homes and the stores across the street will be infested with Roaches, and all kinds of things, illness can come from this apartment complex.

I loathed every minute of living at the park at briarcliff but in their defense you were told of the reconcessions you would have to pay if you ended your lease early at the time you signed your lease. Its not even like you had to read carefully because I remember being explicitly told about that rule. You can't blame them for putting something in the lease and sticking to it...its hard work renting out those apartments. Its a shame they can't collect from rent from the roaches, rats and mexican jumping beans that also live there

yea im on the 3rd floor. we dont have as many spiders but damn do we have roaches!!
