Not the best, but decently priced

These apartments have a LOT of problems! However, for the price you'll be paying, it's really not that bad. I've lived here for nearly a year now, and I haven't had that many problems. The office staff can be a little rude at times, but for the most part, they're pretty professional. They are willing to listen to your concerns. They might not be willing to address them however. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. We had problems with our stove and dishwasher, and they ended up just getting us new ones. However, we had a problem with our counter, and they just did a crappy patch job. I wouldn't recommend moving here if you're looking for long term though. It's rumored that they will be tearing this all down to make way for a $1 billion dollar, Atlantic Station-type development. As for the racism, I'm a white guy, and I haven't seen anything of the sort. Roaches are a problem. As for the crime, I haven't seen anything or had anything happen to me. It's a pretty safe community. I've never been worried while strolling through the complex. The pond is pretty cool; a lot of birds make their home there: geese, ducks, and one crane.
