Be aware of what this complex is and is not

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Pros:
- The only one I can think of is that it is cheap for an apartment so close to downtown Atlanta and near 85. I only lived here b/c I could not afford any place better during college.
- The lake is a nice area to walk/run.
Cons:
- Noise: My 1st apartment was on the 1st floor - huge mistake. I could hear a creak in the floor with every step my upstairs neighbor would take. I complained to the complex that this was affecting my lifestyle - sleep and studying - yet they could care less about helping me find another apt in the same complex.
- Later I pulled in a roommate to a 2bed on the 3rd floor and stayed at this complex b/c I could not get out of my lease without hefty charges.
- Central water system failure caused dirt in water on several occassions lasting for days.
- Safety: numerous warnings about car thefts. Had to call police once b/c neighbor appeared to be beating gf/wife.
- Apt Condition: the structural integrity of these apartments suits a 50 y.o. complex. My apartment had a noticeable slant in the kitchen floor and deck - the kitchen cabinets were slanted at an angle.
- Roaches and bugs
- Parking could also get tight - I had to park about 15 spaces from your building at times. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
