I lived at the Park at Briarcliff for two years. The first year I noticed that maintance request were infrequently resolved and, if so, slow. The last year I had neighbors who were so filthy a roach INFESTATION occurred throughout the whole building. If I put a piece of food on the table within two minutes five roaches would be on it -- I had roaches crawling in and out of my laptop! I contacted the Park but all they did was re-send the same guy without any solutions. They refused to evite the people upstairs although they wouldn't renew their lease. I was paying out of pocket for terminix to fix the problem. I understand we are in GA but I had piles of dead roaches in my kitchen and living room! I had to move the problem was so bad. As to safety issues, while I was out of town someone broke into my apartment and I came home to find him living there -- literally, I walked in while he was walking out. The cop said there was no sign of break-in and he must have had a key! Do NOT live here!!!!
