I have lived here for almost a year now. When I moved in I had roaches ever where. A month or two after the pipes burst above me and my apartment was flooded. I lived in what I call th plastic bag for two weeks, and then in construction for another 2 weeks. The plastic bad was black grabage bags they taped the cealing and walls I had left in my living room. The apartment again flooded from the pipes upstairs again in January. It was not as bad the second time, but now the pipes make this horible noise and they will not come and fix the pipes. Aswell they say only non-agressive breeds can be in the complex. There are more than a few agressive breed dogs here that are vicious. Also the noise level is horible and there are gun shots, break-ins, and drug deals all the time. MOST of ALL make sure you don't have -------- living above you. They will throw their trash into you yard.
