We have lived here for about a year, and have had few problems and issues. Apt townhomes are simple with few pearks, but the rent and utilities are VERY low for the area. After reading some reviews, not sure some issues are any different from many apartment facilities. You cannot control neighbors, and there are a few noisy people. However, most seem to be working folks and families - not young kids and partying newly POST-college students. We initially had a few ants, but asked them to treat outside our unit which was done promptly. Also, if you dont leave food and trash laying around and keep your unit clean you dont have those types of problems. Places come with security/alarm systems with a code you select. Unless, you are sharing it with others, how can people access your unit! Not securing your place is your own fault! Security gates are often broken, though. As far as landscaping, with water restrictions, not sure what exactly people expect. There is supposed to be a No aggresive breed dog rule, but have seen a few, but have not heard of any issues in the on-site dog run. If the place does not get leveled by the Sembler Co. project, it will remain a simple and low cost way to live inside the perimeter! If you are high maintenace - this is not your place. For those who dont require all the perks and live sensibly - it is just fine!
