We have just been broken in!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I live in this community and today(during the day time),our apt was broken in and this has been the 2nd broken-in case3 in 3months in this community! They even stole my puppy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The community opens their all the day,so that everyone can come in and steal your stuff and drive away through the open gate!
I complained to business office and the manager there said " this is NOT OUR responsibility to keep residence SAFE here!!!!!!!!!!"
So, can you imagine to live in some place they don't care about your safety'
