I moved in a few months ago and personally really love it here. I've seen very, very few roaches (and honestly a few are expected in any apartment complex!), no mice, I've had no safety issues and no mainenance issues. Our AC broke recently but they were around to fix it the next day and now it works great. The pond has a great walking/biking trail, it's well lit and I don't have any complaints with my neighbors. The few things that DO bug me, though, are that most of the machines in the gym are completely dead (the only treadmill, one of the stairmasters...and the elliptical is completely rusted over) but the bike and weight lifting machines are great.
