moved in this last year and I cannot wait to get out of here. If you see any good review about this place, they have to be written by the staff.
After you signed your contract, you are on your own. I MEAN IT.
The staff here are unhelpful, rude, unprofessional.
Cons:
1. Roaches were everywhere.
2. Our walls thin.
3. My upstairs neignbor never sleeps during night. I can hear all kinds of loud sound from upstairs, cursing, telling, fighting, and complain to the property manager doesn't work at all. All they can say is there is nothing they can do and the only option for me is to call 911. I called 911 several times already.
4. If you have any issue, you still need to stay. You cannot break you contract otherwise they will charge you 1500 dollars.
5. The staff is soooooooo RUDE! If your fridge brokes, you need to wait for weeks for it to be repaired.
6. The gates have issues all the time.
Anything good' Cheap prices. But that's what lures you in to this dump. But trust me, you will not have a life here. Your mental health will be altered by your neighbor and those staff.
It is trully a ---- PLACE to live.

I still have nightmares about that place...I never want to see a roach again. Plus even though the apartment is cheap, its very expensive to heat up that old place in the winter (assuming your heat works) and cool in the winter. Plus at the end of your lease they automatically keep the "cleaning fee" that they charged you to initially rent the place, in addition to charges for the various repairs that they tell you need to be replaced/fixed at the end of your lease. My place was falling apart when I moved in and I got stuck with a lot of repairs at the end of my lease since obviously things that are falling apart only get worse. So to make a long story short, even though it may seem cheap and like a good deal when you move in, you end up paying for this good deal by a year of stress and additional monetary expenses (expenses that you would not have had to pay if you got a nicer apartment to begin with). I actually moved to Briarhill Apartments (up the street) after that lease and it was a great place with reasonable rents.
