usually they ude promotion to induce people to live there. But once you live in, it is very difficult to ask them to solve the problem. When I just moved in, the door to the balcony can't be opened, I informed them and until now the problem is still there. Is has been more than half a year. And also, we found mice in our apartment, I told them and they sent people this time. But the people just left a piece of paper saying they already came and mice are still living happily in our apartment. So I called them and wanted to inform them again, they even don't answer the phone(i know people are there). One of my colleagues also lived here before and the nose of her baby was bited by the mice, but the people in the leasing office did nothing. very bad place, the worst apartment I have ever lived. There is also safty problem, several theft happened.Recently a resiendent was robbed by a gun man in the park.
