This place has gone to hell fast. The buildings are infested with rats. All of my neighboors have seen mice in their apartment. The office seems to not care at all. The gutters have not been cleaned out in over a year so they are full of debris. there is even grass growing from them. some gutters are laying on the ground to the weight on them from the crap they refuse to clean from them. the pools are not open yet and will probably not open this summer. the fitness room has no air conditioning. the track around the lake is in horrible shape. the bridge brossing the creek is about 4 inches higher than the walkway so if your running, pushing a stroller, skating.... you can get hurt. the lake looks horrible. its a sewage hole now. the lack of landscaping is causing mud to be washed from under the walkways and all over the complex. if you have a car your probably going to wake up to a broken window, no radio, or no car at all. the gates to the complex have not worked in over 5 months. they dont even give new residents a card for the gate wich implies they have no intention in fixing them anytime soon. lights are out all over the place so walking around at night is not a safe thing to do. the office staff cares more about people moving in than they do the people that live here and pay rent on time. once you move in dont expect to get anything done. the walls are paper thin so you hear the tv from your neighboors. if you like noise, crime, rats, insects, ......... you will love it here. do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can. there is much mu8ch more to say about this place so i will write another review in a few weeks when i have more time.
