Gate codes don't work. Mold

I'm really not the type to write one of these, but I had to after last night. I watched two POLICE CARS try (unsuccessfully) to get into the complex because the call box doesn't work. One ended up following another car in the other gate (so much for security). The other just turned around and left. I have had issues with the gate for the past year, and every time I call to try to update the phone number or get a new access card, I'm told that the "computer is down." Over a year. They gave me the automatic access code, but it will not work about 1/3 of the time. My parents came to visit me, and I had to go drive up to an exit gate to get it to open so they could come in that way. I had tried calling the leasing office, but they only gave me another non-working number. I called back, and the girl took my name and number and said someone would call me back (my parents are still waiting to get in at this point). Never did get a call back.
I'm on the bottom floor, and my sliding door lock doesn't work. All I have keeping the outside world outside is a security bar. The apartment is so poorly sealed that I have to run a dehumidifier 24/7/365 or else get tons of mold.
It wasn't *terrible* for the price when I moved in 2 years ago, but it just keeps getting worse.
