This complex does not care at all about residents after you sign the lease. They just left be a notice saying they have not received payment for rent for 5 months. I have paid my rent each and every month and the lady at the business office "tammy" keeps brushing me to the side when i try to talk to her about it. Just now she refused to see me because she was too busy making goodie bags for Halloween.
There is a massive roach problem in my building. At one point they ordered everyone in my building to remove all items from cabinets, closets, and bathrooms so they could bomb the entire building or else we would be fined $100 dollars. The pest control company never came, and i kill about dozens of roaches with my shoe every day.
The apartments are very old and do not hold heat or a/c well at all. Count on running up a high electric bill during the summer and gas bill during the winter because you literally have to run it 24/7 to keep it at a resonable temperature.

I lived there many years ago, and we had those problems back then (in the 80's). The roach problem was horrible. Rats were found at the dumpster on a daily basis. Their maintenance was also abominable. Whatever you do, do not move in here. Find another place to live. Your health and safety depend on it!
