It's okay.................... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've lived in the complex for almost two years. My biggest issue is the change in staff and change in management. Everytime I go in the leasing office, I see a different face. However, if you choose to move here...you might want to request a receipt after paying rents b/c they have a tendecy to become senile and are quick to put a notice on your door before checking their records twice. All in all my experience has been good. I feel that maintenence has answered my requests promptly and the grounds are kept decent. Also, You should be happy if you choose their largest one bedroom floorplan (the Ginko) b/c it is detached from other buildings and has a great deal of privacy. That has made my experience worth it.
