Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
The apartment itself is fine. No complaints. It's a new community so assuming the people who lived in the apartment before you didn't tear stuff up before they left, you should be good. My problem is with the leasing office ONLY. They have changed staff SEVERAL TIMES over the past 12 months. Everytime I go in there are new people working and no one seems to know what the last person told me. One of the leasing "specialists" even had alcohol on her breath at 9:30am!! Love the area. Nice floorplans. But the leasing office sucks big time. They even lost my rent check and then changed the special on me when I wanted to renew! I paid $300 deposit to move in and when I wanted to change to a 2 bedroom, they wanted ANOTHER $300'' Needless to say I'm moving!! They don't know how to keep tenants.
