Thank God for new management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I moved in 2003 and the management has been like a rotating door. But finally this time, they actually seem to care. The grounds look a lot better and maintenance requests are fixed really quickly!
Since last year, when they changed, I actually feel that they care who I am when I come into the office! That never happened before. The old managment was rude and wouldn't listen and even told by neighbor to move out if they didn't like it! I couldn't beleive it.
But now I really feel that PV is finally a nice place to live! Thanks
