Nothing on North Side/Burgulery

Hi I have lived here for 2 years and on the North Side of the complex. I am in a basement level and have NEVER seen any crime here. No we don't have alarms and I have inquired about them, however, property staff and a Dekalb Police officer live on the NORTH SIDE as well as the South Side.
The manager is Polite and professional and will do anything in her power to accomidate you.
I have enjoyed my stay here.
I dont look at my place as an apartment but as my home.
Its safe, secure, and the gate has gone up all the around the complex now! YES!!!!!
However, the flooring isn't great and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing! Yipee!!

hi i have a question; i really liked the parkway vista apartments and am very interested in staying in this area; just curious as to what side would the northside be on bc the apartment i was showed was on the left side of the street.

The side without the leasing office, pool, and trash bin is the north side. What size did you look at? It's a great place. The manager is very pleasing and very sweet.
